Privacy Policy - Me & Them
Me & Them is developed by Grafiskkooperativ. We respect your privacy and only collect data necessary to operate the app.
What we collect
We collect your email and login information when you create an account via Apple or Google. We store your journal entries and exercise responses in our database. If you choose to encrypt your data it cannot be read by anyone. They cannot be restored by anyone if you forget the encryption key. We store your subscription status.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If your account is inactive, we will send you a reminder email after 4 months and again after 5 months of inactivity. If no activity occurs within 6 months in total, your account and associated data are automatically deleted.
Data deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the app, under Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent. If you are unable to access the app, you may also request deletion by contacting us at info@grafiskkooperativ.dk.
Data export
You can download all data stored in your account at any time from www.me-and-them.com/data.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your personal entries with others.
Third parties
We use Firebase (Google) for login and data storage, and RevenueCat and Apple for subscription management.
